Bioinformatics Workshop - Tools and Techniques | Key Note | IOE

Bioinformatics is the interdisciplinary field that include IT Expert, Biology Export and Management Export to organize, analyze and predict biological data. It is booming subject  and currently research are doing on subject like genome annotation, sequence analysis, gene expression analysis, protein expression analysis, mutation in cancer analysis etc. The ultimate goal of bioinformatic is to discover new biological insights as y well as to create a global perceptive from which unifying principle in biology can be discerned. On bioinformatic we basically do Database construction, Database management, Data mining, Data analysis, Data visualization, Data processing, Sequence homology modelling, Protein modelling and prediction, Image analysis, Phylogenetics etc.
